What is bulk hair?

Bulk hair is the type of hair that is simply tied with elastic bands in the top of the hair. Bulk hair is for clients who prefer to make their own hair extensions (eg.tape in hair extensions, clip in hair extensions, tips extensions and ex ). Bulk hair also purchased by hair factories, hair salons use bulk hair to make weft hair, wigs ,hand tied weft bundles, lace closures or produce extensions for clients. After the series of processes to wash, sort, arrange and testing, the bulk hair in Vie Hair is made very carefully and skillfully.

There are 4 main hair standards for a bulk hair product: Single bulk, Double bulk and Super double bulk and Donor Hair Bulk.

• Single bulk: The hair is hackled in a hackling comb and drawn them to make all the roots aligned by cutting the top of the bundle. The end part is not cut and retained it at its natural state. In single bulk hair, about 40% to 50 % of the hair strands are of the same length. For example: if your order is 14 inches single bulk, about 40-50% of that bundles is at least 14 inches and the rest of 60%-50% is a mix of other length like 8 inch -10 inches – 12 inches. Those who has thick hair and want to make hair longer can use this type.
• Double bulk: The double bulk hair has less short hair strands in it, therefore the end of the hair is thicker.In double bulk hair, about 60-80% of the hair strands are of the same length. For example, if you order 14 inches double hair, about  60-80% of that bundles is at least 14 inches and the rest of 40% -20% is a mix of other length like 8 inches – 10 inches – 12 inches.

• Super double bulk hair: The double bulk hair has the least short hair strands in it among 3 types above so the end of the hair is thick. The super double bulk hair look like the same length.In super double bulk hair, about 80-90% of the hair strands are of the same length. This means that if you were to purchase 14 inches hair extensions the hair would be thick from root to tips as the majority of hair (around 80-90%) within the bundle would measure the full 14 inches.

However, for long hair from 26 inches to 30 inches even longer hair, we do not supply super double bulk hair. Due to the shortage of Vietnamese Human Hair Material, the long hair bundles seem not to exist many.

• Donor Hair Bulk: This type of hair is directly cut from one donor, Donor hair Bulk have most neutral thickness and is very easy to bleach into even the lightest color like color #60, #6.1.3. We also call this hair is Virgin Bulk Hair. Virgin Bulk Hair have longest hair ratio like double bulk hair.
